The District Nurses.
District nurses are available to visit and care for elderly or ill people too unwell to attend surgery. They are contactable by telephoning 03007770002.
The Health Visitor
The Health Visitors are specially trained in the care of mothers and children. They hold regular child health /Immunisation clinics in the surgery. Patients can contact the Health Visitor by telephoning: 03001111022, option 4.
The Community Midwife
The midwife appointments are held at NGH. She works together with the doctors to care for expectant mothers during pregnancy and confinement, appointments are booked via a link which will be sent to you on contacting the surgery.
Counselling
Counselling and treatment for mental health problems can be organised via your GP.
Social Prescriber
Referrals to our social prescriber can be made via our team. She can help with many aspects including, support groups, health walks, confidence, housing, form filling, befriending etc.
Clinical Pharmacist
Telephone appointments are available for all medication queries daily.
MSK Specialist
Appointments are available with our musculoskeletal specialist who can review and sign post you to the best place for any aches, pain, muscle injuries etc. Appopintments are carried out Monday, Tuesday, Friday's.
